With eighteen years of experience in marketing and TV journalism, including her time as an Emmy Award-winning reporter, Megan has a proven track record of helping organizations amplify their message through strategic marketing initiatives, and empowering marketing professionals and teams with the necessary tools to thrive, succeed, and SHINE!

She has secured national media coverage for clients, with stories appearing on The Today Show, People Magazine, Good Morning America, and The New York Post.

Additionally, Megan has helped increase enrollment at nature-based preschools, promote environment-focused events, and helped organizations surpass fundraising goals.

Megan’s passion for creating positive change in the world extends into her personal life, where she volunteers at a local animal shelter and serves on the Environmental Stewardship Committee on her church council. 

She resides in Hopkins with her husband, Mark, and two fur babies, Bear and rescue pup, Stanley. You can often find all four of them up in Northern Minnesota exploring the great outdoors, spending time at their lake cabin, and chasing the Northern Lights!
